Construction Supervisor

Oberizon Homes is a luxury custom home building company located in White Rock, with constructions around all of the Fraser Valley area. As a growing company, Oberizon Homes is committed to providing a comprehensive range of high-quality services, including rezoning developments, construction, and collaboration with city officials, architects, and more. We are currently seeking a Supervisor with expertise in the field of construction to lead and oversee our construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in all aspects of construction, focusing on both residential and commercial Tenant improvements. They will excel in teamwork, working harmoniously with our dedicated employees, while adhering to our stringent quality standards and staying within budgetary constraints. Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site activities.
- Coordinate material procurement.
- Address site-related inquiries.
- Oversee subcontractors.
- Maintain regular communication regarding project status and challenges.
- Monitor field operations to ensure timely completion.
- Attend client meetings.
- Oversee site punch lists.
- Minimum of 3 years in the construction industry
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week Salary: $30.00-$35.00 per hour Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- White Rock, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
