Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized

Construction Superintendent

to lead job site operations across our commercial and public works projects. The ideal candidate has strong safety awareness, a solid understanding of COR standards, and a proven track record managing crews, subcontractors, and field leaders.

This role occasionally involves travel within Manitoba and, at times, to other provinces.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest standard Supervise and coordinate crews of 20+ workers, including

site supervisors and foremen

Enforce

COR safety standards

and maintain a strong safety culture Manage and coordinate

subcontractors

across multiple trades Monitor schedules and ensure timely project delivery Maintain and submit site documentation, including

forms, HIT lists, and daily logs

Provide

project expense reports

and assist in budget tracking Represent the company in site meetings and liaise with inspectors, consultants, and clients Foster a positive and productive on-site environment

Travel within Manitoba and occasionally outside the province as required

Qualifications:

Minimum 8 years of

Canadian construction experience

, including site supervision Demonstrated experience in

public works and government-regulated building projects

Prior experience working as or with

subcontractors

Strong knowledge of

construction safety regulations and COR compliance

Valid certifications:

WHMIS, First Aid, Fall Protection

, etc. Fluent in English with excellent leadership and communication skills Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Willingness to travel when necessary

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
