Job Description
Are you an experienced construction site supervisor with a passion for excellence and eye for the smallest details that make you indispensable on any team? Then we\'ve got an exciting opportunity for you in the Kitchener/Waterloo area. Job Requirements:
- 7-10 years relevant experience as a Superintendent or demonstrable site supervision experience, running $1M-$10M commercial, light-industrial mid-size projects (with limited supervision. Not under direct supervision of the PM or PC).
- All weather Construction experience with ground up projects as well as some finishing/ service or special projects work.
- Ability to read prints, measurements and layouts is a requirement.
- A good understanding of other trades and disciplines as they relate to workforce planning and site coordination activities.
- Proficiency with computers, email communications, progress reports, and online safety tools & forms.
- Advanced project management skills/ understanding of core principles construction (Safety, Cost, Schedule, & SOW\xe2\x80\x99s)
- Strategic planning and Risk management on construction projects would be asset.
