Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, laborers, and other personnel to ensure project milestones are met. Review blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and requirements. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety standards. Prepare construction estimates and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle. Implement time management strategies to maintain project schedules Collaborate with project managers to communicate updates, challenges, and solutions effectively.

Skills

Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding construction schematics. Strong project management skills with a proven ability to lead teams effectively.
