Brawn Construction Ltd. provides general contracting services, specializing in commercial and institutional fit-ups and renovations, New buildings and additions

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating the full construction operation of assigned project sites. Emphasis on achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction while demonstrating and upholding all of Brawn's core values. Your focus will include delivering on schedule and on budget while maintaining health and safety objectives.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate trades on commercial job site Promote a safe work environment and be responsible for the safety of others Identify requirements for tools and materials and communicate them to the Project Manager Pick up tools and materials to bring to the job site Direct and manage labourers and supervise the quality of work Resolve construction problems as required Monitor project schedules and be accountable on meeting project deadlines Hands-on work (framing, drywall, concrete repairs, etc) COR certified H&S program implementation
Qualifications:

Must possess valid G Class drivers license & have access to a reliable vehicle Enhanced Reliability or Secret (level II) clearance through Public Works & Government Services Canada is mandatory Proficiency in commercial construction site operations (5+ years experience) Experience in managing site personnel Ability to read and interpret blueprints/plans/drawings Self directed with the ability to work without supervision Ability to direct and motivate others
Our office is located in central Ottawa and our projects are based within a 100km radius of the city, excluding Quebec.
