We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of construction processes, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. Review blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to ensure accurate execution of plans. Implement quality control measures throughout the construction process. Prepare construction estimates and assist in budgeting processes as needed.

Skills

Strong supervisory experience in the construction industry with a focus on team leadership. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, quality control measures, and safety regulations. Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately for effective project execution. Experience in construction estimating and budgeting practices.
