We are seeking a skilled Site Superintendent to oversee construction projects and ensure their successful completion. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management and possess strong leadership abilities. Commercial & Residential Construction.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the construction site
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and construction crew
- Implement and enforce safety protocols
- Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Conduct quality control inspections
- Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are met
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers
- Maintain accurate project documentation
Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Experience in construction estimating, budgeting, and quality control
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
