Job Summary

The Site Superintendent plays a crucial role in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. This position requires a strong leader who can manage daily operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of construction processes, enabling them to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders including contractors, subcontractors, and clients.

Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure project specifications are met. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for project tracking and documentation. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce quality control measures. Supervise on-site personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders on construction estimating and budgeting processes. Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively. Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and regulations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction management or a similar role. Ability to provide 2 work related references from employers Proven track record of success on projects valued 10 mil and over Strong skills in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and quality control practices. Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and budgeting processes. Proficiency in using construction management software such as Procore and Bluebeam. Strong knowledge civil and electrical underground work Strong knowledge of quality control and ability to implement and manage the project QA/QC program and documentation Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
