As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Superintendent to join our team.

We are looking for a competent and experienced General Labourer will assist with various site tasks, support crew members, and ensure work areas are safe, organized, and operating smoothly. The ideal candidate has a strong background in site works, follows directions well, and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general labour duties on construction sites, including site prep, cleanup, and material handling Assist with site works such as grading, excavation support, and installation tasks Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all company safety policies and procedures Support tradespeople and supervisors as required Submit a daily report documenting progress, issues, and completed tasks Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum

5 years of experience

in general labour or construction site work Strong background in site works (grading, earthworks, utility support, etc.) Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong communication and problem-solving skills
