Looking for Experienced, Skilled Site-Foreman

Located in Niagara, our construction company has many different types of home building projects on our docket. We are currently looking to hire the right candidate immediately.

Job Requirements (No and's, if's or buts- the must haves)

5 years + experience in Construction Industry. Driver's licence and access to a vehicle. Strong interpersonal skills and work ethic. Dedication to the job on hand. Strong ability to interact professionally with clients and customers. Capable of training younger, less knowledgeable employees. Respect for timelines and direction. Skilled at designating tasks to the team respectively. Accountable for team's professionalism and work ethic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

10 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Overtime Weekends as needed
Experience:

construction: 5 years (required)
Work Location: In person

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards. Manage project timelines and budgets, utilizing construction management software for tracking progress. Supervise and mentor construction teams, fostering a collaborative work environment. Review blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate execution of plans. Conduct regular quality control inspections and address any issues promptly. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to report project status and updates.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.70-$45.02 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
