Job Purpose

We are currently seeking a

Site Coordinator

to support the successful execution of field operations on active construction sites. This role plays a key part in daily coordination, communication, and documentation, helping ensure projects run smoothly and safely. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on construction environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

Coordinate daily site activities and support site supervisors and project managers

Track project progress, deliveries, and site conditions using reports and spreadsheets

Communicate effectively with contractors, clients, and internal teams

Maintain accurate records, including timesheets, safety logs, and site documentation

Support material handling, equipment coordination, and deliveries

Ensure adherence to health & safety protocols and assist with site inspections

Provide regular updates to management and assist with issue resolution on-site

Handle general administrative tasks related to site operations

Qualifications & Skills Required

Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field

1-3 years of experience in a similar role

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Familiar with construction drawings and documents

Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional

Comfortable working on-site in active construction zones

Valid driver's license and access to transportation
