What You'll Accomplish Here
At Kingdom Signature Developments, you'll be a crucial member of our team, responsible for ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standards. Your success will be measured by your ability to achieve the following key performance objectives:
Ensure a Safe & Organized Site:
You will systematically maintain the construction site, ensuring all areas are clear of garbage and debris. You will also assist in adhering to corporate safety requirements and maintain a consistently organized work environment.
Contribute to Project Completion & Quality:
You will be a vital part of the team responsible for completing a wide range of tasks with precision and care. This includes demolition, framing, minor taping and paint repairs, cabinet and flooring touch-ups, digging/shovel work, and finish carpentry. You will also assist with quality control monitoring and assurance.
Manage Materials & Site Security:
Take ownership of on-site materials by moving building materials, installing locks and signage on homes, and ensuring materials are secure and available for the trades.

Hands-On Experience:
Two years of experience in residential construction is preferred. You are also experienced in operating power tools (e.g., circular saw, reciprocating saw, drills).
Effective Communication:
You are a strong communicator and can communicate with trades, suppliers, or clients as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
A reliable vehicle and clean driver's abstract are required.
You must provide your own hand tools. We will provide all power tools.

This position works on job sites throughout Edmonton and surrounding areas in all weather conditions. A criminal record check may be requested prior to finalizing the appointment of successful candidates.

Pay: $18.00-$26.66 per hour
