Nous recherchons un

Commis administratif de site / construction

organise et soucieux du detail pour soutenir les operations de nos grands projets. Le candidat ideal gerera les taches administratives, assurera une documentation precise et facilitera la communication entre le personnel du chantier, les sous-traitants et le personnel de bureau pour garantir l'execution fluide du projet.

Responsabilites cles :



Maintenir et organiser les operations du bureau de chantier. Suivre et organiser tous les documents du chantier, y compris les permis, les inspections et les dossiers de progression du projet. Saisir des donnees dans le logiciel de gestion de projet et en assurer l'exactitude. Reconcilier les bons de travail, les demandes d'achat et les factures pour approbation. Faciliter la communication entre le personnel du chantier, les sous-traitants et le personnel de bureau. Generer et distribuer des rapports d'avancement et des resumes de documentation. Prendre des proces-verbaux de reunions et les distribuer aux parties concernees. Valider l'enregistrement quotidien des heures de travail des employes et l'utilisation des equipements. Suivre l'allocation des couts du projet et les donnees sur les materiaux (p. ex., coulage de beton, granulats). Aider le surintendant a embaucher de la main-d'oeuvre de soutien et a accomplir d'autres taches administratives.

Qualifications:



Diplome d'etudes secondaires ou equivalent ; des qualifications supplementaires en administration de bureau ou dans un domaine connexe sont un atout. 1 a 3 ans d'experience dans un role similaire, de preference dans le secteur de la construction ou un domaine connexe. Maitrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Solides competences en organisation, gestion du temps et communication. La connaissance de la terminologie et des processus de construction est un atout. Capacite a travailler de maniere autonome et en equipe. Doit etre mobile et capable de se deplacer vers divers sites selon les besoins. Bilinguisme en francais et en anglais.

Job Summary:



We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Construction / Site Administrative Clerk

to support our major projects' site operations. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, ensure accurate documentation, and facilitate communication between site personnel, subcontractors, and office staff to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain and organize site office operations. Track and organize all site paperwork, including permits, inspections, and project progress records. Enter data into project management software and ensure accuracy. Reconcile work orders, requisitions, and invoices for approval. Facilitate communication between site personnel, subcontractors, and office staff. Generate and distribute progress reports and documentation summaries. Take meeting minutes and distribute them to relevant parties. Validate daily recording of workers' hours and equipment usage. Track project cost allocation and material data (e.g., concrete casting, aggregates). Assist the Superintendent with hiring support labor and other administrative tasks.

Qualifications:



High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or a related field are a plus. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in construction or a related industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills. Knowledge of construction terminology and processes is an asset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be mobile and able to drive to various site locations as required. Bilingual French and English.
