Overview


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Construction/Door Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of construction through effective territory management and relationship building with clients. You will leverage your expertise in outside sales and account management to develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of B2B sales processes, technical sales, and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities



Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory goals and objectives. Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling, lead generation, and product demonstrations. Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service. Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities, manage leads, and analyze sales performance. Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional strategies that align with business development goals. Provide technical expertise on construction equipment to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales effectively. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth within the territory.

Requirements



Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the construction equipment or related industry. Strong background in B2B sales, account management, and territory management. Familiarity with CRM software Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on customer service and satisfaction. Ability to conduct product demos effectively and communicate technical information clearly. Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly. Experience in lead generation techniques and direct sales methodologies. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
