Our client is looking for a Construction Sales Lead to join their team! Their ideal candidate will be someone who knows the construction industry and is ready to take on a more customer oriented role.

• The salary is expected to be $70K \xe2\x80\x93 $85K/yr.
• This is a full time and permanent position

• Working with the sales team to cultivate innovative sales strategies and produce growth targets
• Train with on-site mentor to develop sales skills
• Reading and analyzing blueprints to assess material and labour needs
• Leading the sales process; developing new business, producing sales call reports, coordinating logistics of sales orders, and forecasting sales goals
• Assess clients needs and resources and recommend the appropriate goods and/or services
• Prepare and administer sales contracts
• Maintaining relationships with an inherited book of business
• Assisting with budgets
• Identifying customer needs, providing solutions, and delivering products/services

• 3+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in construction as a framer, carpenter, or foreman
• Proven experience with maintaining and building relationships with various types of people
• Strong attention to detail
• Satisfactory pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Valid class 5 drivers license and submittal of clean drivers abstract (2-3 years)

• Familiar with the agriculture industry
• Previous sales experience
