You'll be successful at Shaw Steel Services with a sense of humor, self driven, hardworking, confident and a desire to enjoy a bit of sarcasm.
Responsibilities:
Maintian Training Records and ensure company compliance. Keep all safety documents up to date with current legislation. Assist with incident investigations and preparing incident reports and summaries. Conduct Safety Orientations . Ensure all new projects have all the proper safety documents. Keep accurate up to date safety statistics. Complete site safety inspections on construction sites to ensure compliance with safety requirements. Assist in office as needed.
Ideal Candidate will have:
Previous construction safety experience. Excellent written and verbal skills, and able to communicate effectively with workers and clients. Proficient with SiteDocs our safety management software. Able to work independently. Organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
