Company description We are a family owned business focused on providing our loyal clients with solutions for many different types of projects. Projects include renovating houses and completing maintenance work for multi-family communities such as building decks, fences, concrete/ asphalt walkways, light landscaping, window replacement, siding repair, etc. We value hard workers and positive attitudes. Job description Reporting the site super, the candidate will perform support tasks based on their abilities and experience. At the onset of employment, the candidate will function as support for our trained and experienced staff. Role and Responsibilities
- Carry materials and supplies from trucks to job site so they are ready for installation or other tasks
- Clean up job site throughout the day and ensure all equipment is properly secure for the night
- Follow instructions to ensure safety of entire team
- Perform tasks as assigned by the Project Manager
- Experience working on a construction crew preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn construction skills on-site
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Advanced organizational skills are an asset.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs easily, bend, and work with arms over head.
- French not required
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime pay
- Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
