Summary

As a Construction Site Supervisor at WE Care Restoration LTD, you will oversee all aspects of construction projects related to mold and asbestos removal. This role is vital in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations on construction sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide project execution. Manage project timelines and budgets effectively to meet deadlines. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for timely material delivery. Utilize construction management software to track project progress and documentation. Train and mentor site staff on best practices and safety protocols.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Construction Site Supervisor or similar role in the restoration industry. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and construction processes. Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam is preferred. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively. Ability to manage budgets and timelines efficiently.

Pay: $65,000.99-$85,000.00 per year
