Construction Project Manager - Concrete Restoration
We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in concrete restoration and structural repairs. This role involves overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key responsibilities include planning and managing projects, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, tracking budgets and timelines, preparing estimates and bids, and leading project teams.
Qualifications & Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in project management, estimating, or a related field within concrete restoration or construction.
• Preferred education: C.E.T, P.Eng, E.I.T, B.A., or Diploma in Construction Management.
• Strong knowledge of structural restoration, waterproofing, and concrete repair techniques.
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, and other construction management software.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
