Job Description

The Construction Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of building construction projects in Toronto, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to coordinate teams and deliver successful results in the ICI buildings construction industry.

• Plan, manage, and oversee all phases of construction projects in Toronto, from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules, making adjustments as needed to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the construction process.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
• Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during project execution.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Support the team in delivering high-quality results in the property industry.

A successful Construction Project Manager should have:
