Adecco is currently hiring a full-time experienced and driven Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from planning through delivery. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the construction of assigned projects, ensuring full compliance with contractual commitments, client expectations, and financial objectives. This role encompasses all phases of the project lifecycle-from tendering and contract administration to coordination with sub-trades and consultants. The PM works closely with the Superintendent and client to manage project details, supports on-site teams, reviews drawings and designs, and guarantees adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
Assume full accountability for successful project execution, meeting contractual, quality, and performance benchmarks.
Serve as the primary contact for clients, consultants, trades, and site teams, ensuring seamless communication from project initiation through completion.
Monitor and control project scope, timelines, and costs to maintain alignment with approved plans.
Collaborate with internal and external teams-including technical staff, engineering, safety, quality control, and subcontractors-to develop and implement execution strategies.
Ensure construction activities adhere to drawings, specifications, codes, and regulatory standards.
Provide guidance and problem-solving assistance to Site Superintendents, Foremen, and Project Coordinators.
Review and authorize purchase requisitions, subcontract agreements, and invoice payments.
Enforce compliance with all applicable Occupational Health & Safety regulations for the project location.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in construction project management.
Strong knowledge of construction standards, methods, codes, and regulatory requirements.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with warehouse, distribution facilities, and large retail construction preferred.
Collaborative team player with exceptional communication skills across all levels-clients, management, crews, and trades.
Solid understanding of scheduling, trade coordination, and budget control.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
