: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing custom homes, attached homes, and multi-unit residential buildings, as well as expertise in land development and infrastructure management. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from initial planning and design to final completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities :
• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, design, execution, and completion.
• Manage the design and construction of custom homes, attached homes, and multi-unit residential buildings.
• Coordinate land development activities, including site preparation, infrastructure installation, and utility connections.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and labor hours.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and clients on project status and any changes to scope or schedule.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, certifications, and industry standards.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a project manager in residential construction and land development.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, tools, and materials.
• Proven experience in designing custom homes, attached homes, and multi-unit residential buildings.
• Expertise in land development and infrastructure management.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
• Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
