What You'll Do

As our

Project Manager

, you will be responsible for:

Project Planning

- developing detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules.

Monitoring

- tracking monthly project progress, monthly budget tracking, projection updates, assisting with client invoicing.

Problem solving

- troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Coordinating

- working with the resource team: Pre- Development, Design, Construction and Warranty.

Managing

- multiple projects successfully, leading project team members to execute effectively.

Communicating

-keeping the Project Director and clients up to speed, conflict management.

Ensuring

- project safety, quality and compliance.

Following and enforcing

- company Health and Safety Plan.

Participating

-actively promoting company culture and values.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum

5-7 years

of project management experience in construction, with a focus on

multi-family residential or commercial projects.

Proven track record of successfully managing projects from

pre-construction to completion

, ensuring

on-time, on-budget delivery

. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or other relevant credentials are a plus. Experience leading cross-functional teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Strong understanding of

construction contracts, scheduling, and cost control

principles. Proficiency in

project management software and Microsoft Excel

Familiarity with

modular construction methods

, building codes, and compliance requirements.
