If you are a Construction Project Manager with at least 3 years of experience, please read on! We are a live environment general contractor that is based in the state of Washington and has grown year over year. We have licenses in 34 states as well as Canada and specialize in hospitality projects. This role is based out of our Lynden, WA office and will be mostly in office. We are looking for enthusiastic, personable, hardworking people who are not afraid to roll up their sleeves with us and who take pride in the quality of their projects, but who also value managing their capacity in a way where their work / life balance is in check. Our team comprises of multiple people with experience in hospitality ownership, brand management, asset management, general management in hospitality, graduate degrees in construction management, owners representation project management, and just a whole lot of field experience in managing hospitality projects

What You Will Be Doing

Our Project Managers are key players in our organization and are required to be in the office because it is essential they work in cohesion with project engineers and estimators inhouse,. You will also travel onsite to projects several times during the building process to work with our Superintendents. You will be responsible for all subcontractor management, material procurement and project scheduling/planning.

What You Need for this Position

- Hospitality, Hospital, Commercial Project Management Experience
- Material Procurement/Coordinating
- Scheduling/ Planning
- Subcontractor Management
- Knowledge of Project Management Tools (Procore, BuilderTran, MS Project, etc.)
- A Degree in related Industry or at least 3 years of experience
