What You'll Do:

Lead full-cycle project execution from scope planning to closeout Manage budgets and schedules, aiming for 15%+ gross profit per project Oversee subcontractor coordination and change management via Procore Run weekly site reviews and ensure contract deliverables stay on track Uphold our client-first culture--strive for a Net Promoter Score of 9+

Pay & Incentives:

$100,000-$140,000/year base salary Performance bonuses tied to project margins and client satisfaction

Schedule & Location:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM On-site in Oakville, Ontario with occasional travel as needed

Requirements:

5+ years' experience in commercial/industrial project management PMP certification (or equivalent) required Proficient in Procore and construction management systems Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred:

Retail or hospitality construction background Proven history managing high-performing teams and subcontractors
