Align Construction specializes in commercial and industrial general contracting and construction management projects. Responsibilities will include:
- Overall responsibility for successful delivery of each project

- Ensure that client expectations are met, including maintaining relationships with client representatives

- Ensure project quality, schedule and budget are established and maintained throughout each project

- Lead the project team, including staff and subcontractors

- Project administration and management, such as RFI's, submittals, change order management, progress billings etc.

- Personable and approachable
- Works well with others under pressure
- Ability and confidence to work independently
- Computer skills, including MS Project, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Retail construction experience preferred

Pay: $100,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
