About the Role:

We are currently seeking a

Project Manager for our Envelope Division

to oversee building envelope projects from pre-construction through to close-out. This is a key leadership role that combines business development, project execution, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

Lead envelope construction projects from tender to completion Prepare estimates and manage the procurement of materials Track and control project budgets, schedules, and change orders Maintain accurate monthly project forecasting and progress billing Review and mitigate contract risks Coordinate startup documentation (POs, subcontracts, shop drawings) Maintain project documentation including RFIs, SIs, meeting minutes, and reports Supervise field staff and subcontractors; support Site Superintendents Organize crew travel, accommodation, and logistics for remote projects Manage supply chain logistics including barge shipments to Northern communities Ensure safety compliance and site quality standards Oversee close-out documentation including O&M manuals and as-builts

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of experience managing building envelope construction projects Strong understanding of envelope systems (cladding, roofing, windows, membranes) Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills Proficiency with MS Office and construction management software Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites in remote Northern communities

Pay: $84,184.00-$91,182.00 per year
