Martinway Contracting Ltd. is looking for Project Manager/Engineer in Training.

This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate in Civil Engineering/Architecture with an interest in Project Management for construction. Bachelors degree in Engineering/Construction Management or Architecture is preferred.

This is a full-time position. Salary to be negotiated.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this job are as a Construction site Project Manager. This job requires being able to work individually as well as dealing with subtrades, clients, consultants, and architects.

Must be able to read construction drawings amd documentation.

Computer skills necessary and candidates should have a strong grasp of the english language both verbal and written.

Candidates should have a valid drivers license and have access to their own vehicle, as job sites are situated all over the city.

The candidate will be assisting with invoicing, estimating and change overs, along with completing safety paperwork.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
