We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in the construction industry to join our team to assist our clients\xe2\x80\x99 crews onboard our solution on-site.

This is a unique opportunity to have an essential seat at the table as we scale. You will work directly with construction crews in major construction firms, with an initial focus on the heavy civil sector. You will get to engage with them on their front lines and walk them through implementing a weekly goal setting system and incentives program backed by our software.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have worked on a construction jobsite as a foreperson, hands-on project manager, or team lead and has experience building rapport with the foreperson, crews, and superintendents on a jobsite. In this role, your main objective and how we measure the success is to get as many crews as possible to regularly use the solution and follow the process.

• Located around GTA with easy access across southern Ontario and access to airport to fly to destinations in Eastern US + Canada
• Spend 50%+ of your time traveling to construction sites
• Remote (Work from home) when not spending time on-site
• Construction experience is required
• Account Management and/or Software Customer Success experience is not required (we will help you with training)
• Empathy with foreperson and workers, can create trust and relationships
• Do well in ambiguity
• Disciplined in working with large number of crews (good task management)
