Riise Building Inc. is seeking an organized and detail-oriented
Project Coordinator
to support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring at least three years of experience in construction project coordination or supervision, with strong knowledge of project tracking tools and construction processes.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction project activities from start to completion
Support project managers in monitoring progress, updating schedules, and maintaining documentation
Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documents
Use construction management software (e.g., Bluebeam, ProCore) to track project milestones, submittals, RFIs, and changes
Assist with estimating, budgeting, and procurement processes
Communicate with site supervisors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials
Monitor compliance with safety and quality standards
Prepare project reports and maintain accurate records
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project coordination or supervision
Proficient in construction software tools such as Bluebeam and ProCore
Solid understanding of construction documentation, workflow, and scheduling
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
