Support the Project Manager in delivering cladding and envelope construction projects by coordinating scheduling, materials, equipment, and communication. Ideal for someone organized, proactive, and ready to grow into a PM role.
Key Responsibilities:
Track and update project schedules
Coordinate deliveries of materials and equipment to site
Monitor and report on material usage and inventory
Communicate with site crews, subcontractors, and suppliers
Help with project startup: create folders, logs, and trackers
Ensure required forms and reports are submitted on time (e.g. daily reports, toolbox talks)
Assist with purchase orders and supplier follow-ups
Maintain document control: RFIs, submittals, drawings, and specs
Record meeting notes and ensure follow-up items are tracked
Support project close-out documentation

Desired Skills and Experience
A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience in siding, cladding, building envelope or construction industry
The ability to travel throughout the lower mainland with access to your own vehicle
Proficient in Office software such as Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Resourceful and self-motivatsd
The ability to handle a heavy workload, multitask and prioritize
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills
