About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to support the delivery of commercial construction and interior fit-up projects. The ideal candidate will help coordinate key project documentation, enhance communication between field and office teams, and support project execution from planning through close-out.

What You Will Be Working On
Manage and coordinate change orders, Requests for Information (RFIs), and shop drawings/submittals, ensuring timely tracking, review, and follow-up.
Serve as a central communication link between Project Managers, Site Superintendents, sub-trades, suppliers, and consultants.
Support the Project Manager in prioritizing tasks and maintaining project momentum across commercial construction and interior finishing scopes.
Assist in preparing, updating, and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and cost reports reflecting construction progress.
Proactively identify project challenges related to schedule, design, or site conditions, and work with the team to drive timely solutions.
Foster strong working relationships with internal teams, sub-trades, and external partners to support clear communication and project alignment.
Support project quality, safety, and compliance with applicable standards and company policies.
Coordinate documentation and approvals related to commercial walls, ceilings, steel framing, and other interior fit-up elements.
What We Are Looking For
Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
3-7+ years of coordination experience in commercial construction.
Strong understanding of construction documentation, submittal processes, schedule updates, and cost tracking.
Experience working on commercial projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across field and office teams.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic project environment.
Professional and collaborative approach with a commitment to high standards of quality and safety.
