Full Box Container Group is one of Canadas leading Container modification Companies. We Design, Build and Deliver high quality container solutions for various industries including Agricultural, Mining, Industrial, Cannabis, Events & Industrial. The majority of our Container Modifications require interior full interior finishing consisting of walls, windows, doors ,floors ,electrical & plumbing . We are looking for motivated, organized, reliable, team player for the position of shop foreman Duties and responsibilities:

• Oversee shop employees. Coordinate daily and weekly schedule of manpower.
• Ensure tasks assigned to crew are completed in timely, quality manner. Supervise subcontractors and job site personnel to complete scope of work assigned.
• Complete work in a timely and efficient manner by planning, prioritizing, and mobilizing staff, materials, and subcontractors to meet progression schedule.
• Communicates directly with management and contractors and engineers concerning project cost, staffing, and scheduling.
• Prepare project status reports and works to ensure plans adhere to contract specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and quality requirements for all personnel and third-party vendors.
• Embrace strong work ethics personally and throughout company and client teams.

Skills required:

• 5-10 Years direct and progressive experience in the development of small to medium scale construction projects.
• Initiative: Able to identify problems or new ideas without prompting, does not wait for others to take, or request to take, action
• Calm Demeanor: Maintaining your composure is key; you have great ability to maintain composure in challenging, high-energy environments, and you help others to do the same.
• Collaboration: Able to establish and maintain collaborative partnerships. Strong communication, relationship building and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail: Achieves thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing a task.
• Problem Solving: Identify root causes of problems and implement solutions.
• Ability to take a leadership role, assess, and inspire staff
• Well organized and detail-oriented
• Team player with a strong work ethic
