Job Description

Summary

We are hiring a Construction Manager for the Saint John, NB region. This full time role will require interaction with tradespeople, tenants & suppliers. Project management on unit renovations, sourcing materials, and helping with minor maintenance tasks.

A general understanding of construction & real-estate is a must.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards throughout the construction process. Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations. Coordinate maintenance to apartments as needed Running materials as needed to different job sites and projects. Helping organize and clean construction sites as needed

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of construction processes, and project management. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Knowledge of regulations and safety standards. Proficiency in construction estimating and inspection General understanding of real-estate and tenancy process Ability to manage multiple projects and a variation in daily tasks Time management
