Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Lead to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction , project management, and quality control. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage resources, timelines, and budgets while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Duties

Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Develop and maintain project schedules. Conduct thorough construction estimating to determine project costs and feasibility and to relate to President. Perform quality inspections. Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations. Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate project execution. Implement quality control measures High level workmanship. Provide electrical experience insights when necessary for specific project requirements. Prepare regular progress reports detailing project status, challenges, and solutions.

Experience

Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Lead or similar role in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction estimating, quality inspection, and construction inspection processes. Familiarity with electrical systems and their integration into construction projects is preferred. Demonstrated expertise in project management and tools. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week
