We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, project management skills, and a thorough understanding of construction processes. Responsibilities

Schedule (using Buildertrend) and supervise all trades for the construction of the Ready To Move Homes (RTMs) Work with sales to ensure the house is built as per the paperwork and the customers' expectations Work with the coordinator to ensure all materials needed for construction are delivered on time and on budget Enforce the company safety program and conduct regular safety meetings Ensure all houses are built to CSA standards and all paperwork is filled out Work with the yard coordinator to ensure a clean, efficient, and safe construction site Supervise all aspects of the entire construction site and maintain the highest level of quality

Skills

Previous site supervision experience is required Knowledge of the current building and energy codes Be very personable, outgoing, self-motivated, responsible, and hard working with an extremely high standard of customer service Be extremely organized with the ability to multitask Be able to read blueprints Experience or training in project management Must have the ability to travel and have a valid driver's license with a clean abstract Previous experience with Buildertrend and Work Hub would be an asset
