Well-established Langley construction company is looking to hire a Construction Manager::
Location - Langley, not transit accessible, 100% in-office
Salary - $130K-$150K + Benefits & Discretionary Bonus
Duties - working with the support of a team on multiple construction projects, responsible for the following main areas:
Budget
Schedule
Quality Control
Leadership
Reporting and Project Administration
Safety
Required Experience and Qualifications
- Related education
- Minimum 2 years' of experience, 2 or more full projects completed or more
- Strong Excel and IT skills
- Thrives working in a busy, ever-changing environment
- Ability to handle conflicting deadlines and prioritize
