Job Description

RAM is a project delivery firm specializing in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering and Advisory services across Canada. RAM is searching for a motivated and experienced individual in Vancouver, BC. The successful candidate will be an individual that enjoys a challenging, professional, and dynamic workplace and contributing to the success of a hardworking team.



Key Responsibilities

Provide construction management services for assigned contracts, including value engineering and constructability input. Lead weekly and monthly on-site construction meetings, track progress, and support resolution of schedule or budget challenges. Collaborate with contractors to implement effective workarounds for delays and cost overruns. Manage Field Engineers/Inspectors and ensure timely responses to RFIs and contractor queries. Coordinate construction contract changes and assist with preparation and execution of approved change orders. Maintain clear communication with internal teams and stakeholders to support project success.

Ideal Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience managing complex construction projects (concrete, utilities, infrastructure preferred). Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong project management, budgeting, and scheduling skills. Proven leadership in safety and team coordination. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Experience managing field staff and overseeing contract changes. Detail-oriented with strong documentation and organizational skills.
