Key Responsibilities



Lead construction projects from kickoff to completion, keeping everything on time, on spec, and within budget.



Craft and present detailed cost estimates for upcoming builds.



Map out project timelines, set key milestones, and track progress to stay ahead of the curve.



Draft and tweak contracts, negotiating terms with architects, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.



Set up and roll out programs to ensure top-notch quality across all work.



Act as the company's voice in discussions on business services and agreements.



Generate progress updates and share schedules with clients to keep them in the loop.



Oversee the sourcing of building materials and scout land for new projects.



Recruit and guide subcontractors and team members, ensuring smooth operations.



What's Considered a Plus

Experience:

3-5 years managing construction projects, with a track record of meeting deadlines and budgets.

Education:

A diploma or degree in construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent experience.

Skills:

Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings, strong organizational skills, and clear communication.
