Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, project oversight, and quality control. This role is crucial for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Duties

Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion. Conduct thorough construction estimating to prepare accurate budgets and timelines. Perform quality inspections throughout the project lifecycle to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards. Oversee construction inspections to assess progress and address any issues that arise on-site. Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate effective communication and project coordination. Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship and materials. Utilize project management skills to track project milestones, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery of all project components. Provide electrical experience when necessary to support specialized tasks within the project scope.

Experience

Proven experience in construction management or a related field is essential. Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and methodologies. Familiarity with quality inspection processes and standards in the construction industry. Experience with electrical systems or components is highly desirable. Demonstrated ability in project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. A solid understanding of construction practices, regulations, and safety protocols is required.
