Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, project oversight, and quality control. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Duties

Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Conduct construction estimating to determine project costs and resource requirements. Perform quality inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Oversee construction inspection processes to maintain high standards of workmanship. Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate project progress. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to achieve project goals. Implement quality control measures throughout the construction process. Provide electrical experience insights when necessary to enhance project outcomes. Prepare reports on project status, challenges, and solutions for stakeholders.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction management or a related field. Strong knowledge of construction estimating, quality inspection, and quality control processes. Familiarity with electrical systems and their integration into construction projects is preferred. Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with diverse teams. Ability to analyze problems critically and develop practical solutions in a timely manner. A degree in Construction Management or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
