Are you an experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in multi-family residential projects?
Adecco is actively seeking a skilled leader to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of townhouse, 16plex, and wood-frame condo projects in Calgary. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while leading and mentoring on-site teams and maintaining excellent client relationships. Pay Rate: $125k-$140k/year.

Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multi-family construction projects from start to finish.
Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope and budget, and compliant with building codes and safety standards.
Supervise and mentor on-site teams, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain performance and morale.
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, providing progress updates and proactive communication.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure top-tier workmanship across all project phases.
Monitor budgets, costs, and schedules, promptly identifying and resolving any issues or overruns.
Conduct regular site inspections, maintaining a visible leadership presence across projects.
Collaborate with the finance and procurement teams for accurate project and cost reporting.
Ensure compliance with local Calgary construction regulations and codes.
Requirements:
Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
8-10 years of experience managing multi-family residential projects.
Proven expertise in wood-frame construction, including townhomes and mid-rise condos.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with efficiency and professionalism.
Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and scheduling principles.
