Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Hand to oversee construction projects and ensure that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of construction processes. Have at least 1-2 years experience in the renovation and building space. As Lead Hand, you will be responsible for supervising team members, managing project timelines, and maintaining quality control throughout the construction process.

Responsibilities

Understand timelines. Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction teams. Must have experience in construction field. Assist in budgeting and estimating costs for materials and labor required for projects. Train and mentor team members in best practices for construction techniques and safety protocols.

Skills

Experience in kitchen install, drywall, flooring, bathroom renovations and tile. Must have Renovation and building experience of at least 2 years Able to work independently and organize yourself and crew Good time management skills and understand how to make the job efficient Strong skills in construction estimating to accurately forecast project costs. Ability to build strong relationships with team members while maintaining authority on-site. Experience with quality control measures to uphold high standards throughout the construction process.
