Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced working Lead Hand to work side by side with other talented individuals . The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of construction processes, and the ability to manage residential and commercial jobsites. This role is pivotal in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and manage a team of workers to ensure efficient workflow.- small crew
• Collaborate with project managers to build project plans and schedules.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide work processes. Expected in future - will train what is required
• Assist in construction estimating by providing input on labor, materials, and timelines.- expected In future - we will train the right person

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
• Proficient in quality control practices and procedures.
• Excellent blueprint reading skills with the ability to interpret schematics accurately.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively lead teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Ability to build strong relationships with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
