Job Description
Seeking one candidate to join our 'slab install' division. Pay for this role begins between $27.50-$32.50/hr. There is also expected growth within this role
Work may include the following tasks;
Layout of locations using a total station.
Installation of seismic hardware onto concrete deck pre-pour.
Installation of steel threaded rods to concrete deck pre-pour.
Epoxying threaded steel rod into concrete.
Receiving, sorting and organization of materials.
Documentation of installed locations at various stages of the project.
Quality checks to ensure locations are installed to specification's.
Pour watch to ensure quality installations.
Experience
Experience with use of a total station, as well as construction experience is desired. However, FVS believes in hiring for character and culture fits above all else. Employees and applicants who demonstrate problem solving skills and good communication will be trained. Please send through a resume if you are interested.
Additional Information
Candidate must provide for themselves a hard hat, hi vis safety vest and CSA green triangle approved steel toed boots with puncture proof bottoms. (Rubber boots recommend)
Tools and all other PPE will be supplied by the company.
Access to a reliable vehicle will be required for this position.
