About Us:

Kostiw Construction is a construction company with a growing abatement division providing high-quality commercial services. We are looking for a reliable, motivated labourer to join our team and support day-to-day site operations with room for growth and opportunities. Clean criminal record and living for ten years in Canada is required for passing security clearances

Responsibilities:

General construction labour such as demolition, site preparation, and cleanup Load and unload materials Assist skilled trades when required Operate basic hand and power tools Maintain a clean, safe work environment Follow all company and safety guidelines (PPE, equipment use, etc.)

Requirements:

Previous construction or labour experience preferred Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail Ability to follow direction and work effectively with a team Clean criminal Record and 10 years living in Canada to pass security clearances

Assets (Not Required):

Experience in demolition, framing, or site prep First Aid/CPR, WHMIS, Fall Protection, or other safety tickets Familiarity with hand and power tools

$18-$24+/hr
