Overview

The Top Man/Woman plays a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating operations within the team. Duties

Lead and manage a team of workers, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance. Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and according to specifications. Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce compliance with safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with management to develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. Train new employees on operational procedures and safety protocols. Monitor team performance, providing feedback and conducting performance evaluations. Assist in troubleshooting issues that arise during operations, implementing solutions as necessary.

Experience

Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a relevant industry is preferred. Strong understanding of operational processes and safety regulations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making skills. Familiarity with tools and equipment relevant to the industry is a plus.
