Duties

Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites, including loading and unloading materials Operate hand tools and power tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately and on time Perform physical labor such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials as needed Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met

Skills

Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods Basic knowledge of construction practices and safety regulations is preferred Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed
