Urban Core Ventures is seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various construction projects, supporting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring the smooth progress of building activities. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, safety-conscious, and eager to learn new skills in a dynamic construction environment.

Duties

Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment on-site Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing tools Support carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople in their tasks Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials Assist with site cleanup to ensure a tidy and safe workspace Painting and basic finishing tasks

Skills

Physical strength and stamina to perform demanding manual labor tasks Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team Basic understanding of construction safety procedures Good communication skills for effective teamwork Prior experience in construction or related fields is a plus but not required Knowledge of proper tool handling and maintenance is advantageous Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various job site requirements

Valid

Driver's License

Ability to perform physical labour in outdoor conditions Comfortable working with power tools and equipment

Level 1 First Aid

(required or willing to obtain) Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
