Job Summary

We are seeking a willing and capable person who is willing to learn and grow with the company. Candidate should have some knowledge with cabinetry, woodworking and tools. This job requires a good level of physical strength and stamina as it involves lifting and moving heavy materials. While experience is not always required, a willingness to learn and follow instruction is required.

This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Duties

Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) safety and effectively. Be able to work in a fast pace environment Can use power and hand tools. Operate power tools, learning to assemble and sand. Moving materials, tools and cabinets from site to truck and different areas. Assisting others with task like holding tools, keeping site clean and free from hazard. Cleaning of waste, clearing away of dusk, packing away material. Must be able to meet deadlines Must have safety boots Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks in a timely manner. Maintain a clean and organized job site to ensure safety for all workers. Load and unload materials from trucks and equipment. Help with the setup and teardown of scaffolding, ladders, and other temporary structures.

Qualifications

Previous experience in construction or general labor is preferred but not required. Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety practices. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is an advantage. Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new skills on the job. Join us in building the future! Pay: $17.63-$18.00 per hour
